Jackie was present at the agencies creation with founders Wayne Kranzler and LaRoy Kingsley, having joined the agency fresh out of school more than 20 years ago. Her work as office manager is vital. She makes sure that the invoices are mailed, the payments are collected, the bills are paid and the payroll is processed. Such work makes her essential to the operation of the business but it’s the other role she plays that makes her all the more important – keeping Wayne and LaRoy in line.
